Canton Movie Museums – Canton, Mississippi

Canton has had a number of movies made in the city such as A Time to Kill, My Dog Skip, O Brother, Where Art Thou, The Rising Place and many more films and documentaries along with commercials.

You will be able to see some of the memorabilia from these movies and other productions at the museums.  There is a 1930’s permanent wave machine that was used in the production of Eudora Welty’s The Ponder Heart (PBS Master Piece Theatre)

Tickets are available at the Canton Welcome Center which is open Monday – Friday from 10 – 5 and Saturday from 10 – 2.
